INTRODUCTION:

This document describes the procedure for updating MKAT Runner and Editor software where the current installed version is 10.6 or later and can be summarised as follows:

• Backup the existing data files

• Backup APG configuration files

• Save any existing report customisations

• Remove the existing Editor and Runner software

• Install the new versions of the software

1 BACK UP EXISTING DATA FILES
If you have an existing installation of the software it is very important that you back up the data files before upgrading. To do this follow the steps below:
• Ensure all MK software is closed
• Open MK AT Data Tools. (On Windows 10, press the Windows button on the keyboard and type Data Tools and select MK AT Data Tools ).
